Do you know what is in Kung Pao Chicken? I had a chance to cook it myself when I was in Dali, Yunnan Province, China. I attended a cooking class of Rice & Friends Chinese Cooking School. Luxi, the teacher, is from Sichuan Province, where Kung Pao chicken originated. She designed the class for us; the travelers who are not from China, so we can find the ingredients back home. These are the ingredients of Kung Pao Chicken. In Sichuan, they call it Gungbao Chicken but most of us know it with the name Kung Pao. Here is the video of the day I cooked Chinese dishes with Luxi.
